ECNU, Emlyon Business School kick off 2024 ACS Program
The Global Education Center of East China Normal University hosted the opening ceremony for the 2024 Fall Semester ACS Program of Emlyon Business School's Asia campus on Aug 29. Nearly 100 French students, along with distinguished guests from China and abroad, participated in the event.
Joan Valadou, consul general of France in Shanghai, delivered an impassioned speech, lauding the enduring collaboration between ECNU and Emlyon. He urged the French students to seize this unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Chinese culture and foster Sino-French friendship.
Wang Hua, president of Emlyon Business School's Asia campus, noted that this cohort is the largest in three years and the most significant group of French students to arrive in Shanghai this year. He encouraged students to experience the diverse lifestyles enabled by China's technological advancements and to explore their implications in the business realm.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. ECNU and Emlyon continue to collaborate, providing a broader platform for the growth of young students from both nations, nurturing them through cross-cultural exchanges, and shaping them into strong bridges and ambassadors of Sino-French friendship.
