From Aug 28 to 31, the International Cultural Exchange School of Fudan University welcomed nearly 500 new international students from over 70 countries.

To minimize outdoor waiting time and help new students quickly find their registration locations, volunteers and campus security staff provided round-the-clock assistance at each campus gate. The volunteers endured high temperatures to put the arriving students and families at ease and guide them to designated registration sites.

The process of form collection, registration, document submission, fee payment, placement testing, and academic consultation was conducted step by step, with coordinated precision.
