Global students embark on new journey at Shanghai Theatre Academy
Thirty-seven new students from 13 countries, including Canada, the United States, France, and Mexico, arrived this month at the Shanghai Theatre Academy brimming with dreams and aspirations. With suitcases in tow and faces glowing with excitement, they prepared to embark on a transformative academic journey.
At the registration site, staff from the International Cooperation Office and volunteers warmly welcomed each student, patiently addressing questions about registration, course schedules, and campus facilities, ensuring the newcomers felt at home.
This semester, international students will engage in a diverse curriculum designed to help them adapt to their new environment and enhance their overall competence. The offerings range from professional knowledge and language skill development to practical teaching sessions.
Moreover, the International Cooperation Office will host a variety of extracurricular activities this semester, including cultural experiences, performances, and academic lectures.
