Her passion for interpretation was ignited during her final year at Cambridge, where she interpreted for the Zhejiang Children's Choir. This experience revealed to her the rewarding challenges of interpretation. To gain practical experience, she worked in consulting and education, enhancing her translation skills and deepening her cross-cultural knowledge.

In 2022, Garton-Eisenacher returned to Hangzhou as a teacher, and quickly gained popularity for her fluency in Chinese, German, and English. Yet, she remained committed to her dream of becoming a professional interpretation, leading her to pursue a Master’s in German Interpretation at Shanghai International Studies University.
