Fudan University celebrated its 2025 New Year Gala for international students on Dec 20, bringing together faculty, alumni, and over 150 students for an evening of cultural exchange and festive cheer.

The gala featured performers from more than 10 countries, including China, the United States, Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, and South Korea. Students from diverse backgrounds showcased their talents.

Adding to the excitement, the event included a raffle where teachers and alumni drew names of lucky attendees who won beautifully crafted and practical New Year gifts.

Additionally, the gala saw the launch of an initiative to establish a self-governing committee for the Asian Youth Exchange Center, fostering greater collaboration and leadership among the international student community.
