Shanghai Jiao Tong University's International Student Service Center hosted a themed floral arrangement salon titled "Flowers for You: A Tribute to the Most Beautiful You" on March 6 at its Xuhui campus.

The event aimed to enrich the cultural lives of international students and celebrate International Women's Day, bringing together 20 female international students from diverse cultural backgrounds for an immersive experience in floral artistry and aesthetics.

A teacher from the center extended holiday greetings and warm wishes, encouraging the students to discover beauty in everyday life while embracing the richness of different cultures.

During the hands-on session, the students used flowers to express their personal aesthetic sensibilities and creativity. They carefully arranged leaves and branches while exchanging ideas with classmates.

Participants said that the salon was not only an artistic immersion in beauty but also a moment of spiritual renewal, offering a rare opportunity to form lasting friendships and deepen cross-cultural exchange.
