Passengers returning from Pudong and Hongqiao airports can also benefit from the "inbound pick-up service" by reserving and paying for goods at the international departure shop and collecting them at the inbound pick-up counter when entering the country.

1. Travellers must adhere to Customs regulations, including duty-free allowances and age restrictions for purchasing alcohol and tobacco. Valid entry and exit documents, along with boarding passes for the same day, are required for duty-free purchases.

2. Pudong Airport Shop operating hours: 7:00 am until the last departure flight and 24 hours for arrivals.

3. Hongqiao Airport Shop operating hours: 7:00 am until the last departure flight and specific times for inbound flights based on the day of the week.
