Ordering On-site
After the train departs, the dining cart will come to your carriage. You can choose from a variety of instant meals, snacks, and drinks. Staff will provide hot water for you to prepare instant noodles or other instant foods.
Another option is to visit the dining car directly. The dining car is usually located in a specific carriage, which you can find by following the signs inside the train or asking staff. Upon arrival, you will find a variety of instant meals, snacks, and drinks available for purchase.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your meals through various means. Online orders can be paid via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or credit cards. For on-site purchases, cash and electronic payments are both accepted.

Food Choices
The food options on HSR trains are diverse, including traditional Chinese dishes, Western-style meals, vegetarian options, and local specialties. Snacks and drinks are available as well.
