Shanghai's exhibition calendar is packed this July, with major events covering electronics, gaming, animation, maternity and baby products, and home goods. Here are some highlights:

 

Electronica Shanghai

When: July 1 to 3

Where: Shanghai New International Expo Centre, No 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area

With a history spanning more than two decades, electronica Shanghai is a major annual event for the electronics industry. More than 2,000 exhibitors from China and overseas will showcase innovative technologies and application solutions across integrated circuits, power semiconductors, sensors, passive components, connectors, power supplies, testing and measurement equipment, printed circuit boards, and electronics manufacturing services.

The exhibition also highlights fast-growing fields such as smart new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, AI data centers, green energy storage, Industry 4.0, 6G communications, the internet of things, and wearable devices. It provides a professional platform for industry exchange and discussions on future trends in electronics.

BilibiliWorld 2026

When: July 10 to 12

Where: National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), No 333 Songze Avenue, Qingpu district

BilibiliWorld, or BW, is Bilibili's annual summer event. Launched in 2017, the event has grown into one of China's best-known gatherings for young pop culture fans. The event brings together games, anime, comics, film and television, along with merchandise, stage shows, and interactive activities.

This year, BW will feature more than 170 exhibitors, the highest number in its history, giving visitors a chance to move through themed areas and experience the latest trends in youth culture in one venue.

 

CBME China 2026 (International Maternity, Baby & Child Expo)

When: July 15 to 17

Where: National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), No 333 Songze Avenue, Qingpu district

Launched in 2001 and held successfully for 25 consecutive years, CBME China is one of the world's major trade platforms for maternity, baby, and children's products.

The exhibition covers the entire industry chain, from baby care products, strollers, car seats, toys, clothing, and food to manufacturing and supply chain services.

Dedicated zones will cover toys, education, children's fashion, nutrition, smart manufacturing, and the silver economy, showcasing products for the elderly alongside the traditional child-focused lineup.

China Daily-Use Articles Trade Fair

When: July 23 to 25

Where: Shanghai New International Expo Centre, No 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area

The China Daily-Use Articles Trade Fair is a large, long-running Asian trade fair for household products. The 119th edition will feature thousands of brands across nearly 200,000 square meters of exhibition space. Visitors can discover kitchenware, cleaning products, glassware, plastic goods, stainless steel products, bamboo and wooden items, camping equipment, umbrellas, tissue products, and many other household essentials.

With more than 90 percent of exhibitors being manufacturers, the fair gives buyers direct access to new products, competitive pricing, business-matching services, and sourcing opportunities during this peak summer trade season.

China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference (2026 ChinaJoy)

Where: Shanghai New International Expo Centre, No 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area

Under the theme "Level up with AI", ChinaJoy 2026 will highlight AI-enabled innovation across digital entertainment. The event will combine exhibitions, industry conferences, esports competitions, and online cloud-based platforms, while maintaining its strong focus on games.

Visitors can experience the latest games, entertainment hardware, digital technologies, and interactive experiences. Industry professionals will also have opportunities to take part in networking, business matching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

The exhibition continues to serve as one of the most influential platforms for the gaming and digital entertainment industries.
