The business attraction and exhibition center of the East Lake International Innovation Center, located in the heart of Shanghai Bay Area Sci-Tech Innovation City in Jinshan district, is set to open in early September.

As the first sci-tech park investment by Wuhan East Lake High-tech Group in Shanghai, the East Lake International Innovation Center is being developed in three phases with a total investment of approximately 1.9 billion yuan ($264.6 million). The 9.87-hectare complex offers around 330,000 square meters of flexible space, ranging from 250 to 6,000 square meters, to accommodate businesses of all sizes.

Focusing on intelligent equipment, life sciences, new materials, and information technology, the park aims to house at least 150 sci-tech start-ups and 30 corporate headquarters. Together, these enterprises will create integrated upstream and downstream industrial chains marked by high efficiency, distinctive strengths, and coordinated growth.

As a key supporting facility, within the park, the business attraction and exhibition center covers about 2,700 square meters and is designed to host a variety of business activities. Its standout feature is a 600-square-meter exhibition hall, which uses advanced technologies to showcase project planning, industrial ecology, and resident enterprises to visitors in an engaging, systematic way.
