Xuhui rolls out measures to boost business services
Shanghai's Xuhui district is widely said to have consistently prioritized the concerns of its businesses — aiming to provide practical solutions and tangible support for their development.
With the focus on the efficient delivery of services, the district has established a high-quality service network covering 46,000 legal entities across the district.
Xuhui has launched its integrated platform for "fast services for enterprise matters", combining both online and offline service stations to enable seamless coordination across departments and service channels.
Through the online station, businesses can address their needs by scanning the QR code below.
Whether they are seeking advice on government policies, talent support, venue resources, safety management and more, companies can submit their requests online.
Xuhui is adhering to "one-stop acceptance, full-process coordination, phased feedback and closed-loop resolution" — to ensure that every business concern is addressed promptly and transparently.
What's more, the district has set up a raft of on-site service stations, including a benchmark one in the Shanghai Foundation Model Innovation Center or SMC — one of China's first dedicated incubators and accelerators for large-scale artificial intelligence models.
Xuhui is rapidly expanding its presence across the entire AI industry chain by replicating and promoting the mechanisms and policies of the SMC district-wide, and establishing a comprehensive AI platform ecosystem.
