Enormous cat art installation in Huangpu captivates visitors
An enormous orange cat, measuring 9 meters in length, 6.1 m in width, and 3.7 m in height, recently took up residence in the Bund Central Plaza in Shanghai's Huangpu district, adding a splash of color and joviality to the area.
Under the iconic glass dome of the Bund Central Plaza, the orange cat lounges lazily, while giant cat trees, beds, and bowls help to create an immersive experience, especially when paired with the occasional purring and meowing sounds.
Orange cats are known for their gentleness and friendliness, making them stand out. The new giant orange cat has become a de facto ambassador, greatly boosting the popularity of the Bund Central Plaza.
Concurrently, the plaza also hosts a market event featuring cultural and creative gadgets alongside various delicious foods, providing an opportunity for visitors to enjoy shopping and dining.
The event will last until Dec 8. According to the operator, the Bund Central Plaza will continue to create new commercial scenarios, building a vibrant and sustainable commercial ecosystem.
