Global cycling brand Troxus announced its entry into the Chinese market during the 2025 China Cycle on May 5-8 in Shanghai.

The brand introduced its flagship ARIA aerodynamic model and its AERO high-performance racing bike, offering premium choices to Chinese cycling enthusiasts.

Founded in 2016, Troxus is known for its European design aesthetics and engineering excellence. The brand emphasizes aerodynamic performances, lightweight construction and structural rigidity — qualities that have earned it a strong global following.

The ARIA model, designed as a flagship competition-level aero road bike, features top-tier European design elements such as a Y-shaped gullwing integrated handlebar, double-beam rear stays and a floating rear triangle.

Meanwhile, the AERO is built for serious training and long-distance riding, constructed entirely from T800 high-modulus carbon fiber. Its frame is designed with upper and lower airflow channels, multiple wing-shaped tubes and an enclosed rear wheel for system-level aerodynamic optimization.

At the launch event, Troxus founder Chen Xiangyang said the brand was committed to innovation and professionalism as it expanded into China.

"We hope to provide Chinese cyclists with a truly reliable riding experience. With ARIA, AERO and future product lines, more riders in China will experience the appeal of world-class cycling gear," he added.

In a first for the brand, its European research and development team appeared together in China. The team includes Chief Product Designer Jonny, Chief Tuning Engineer Niklas Quetri and Chief Product Experience Officer Filippo Pozzato.

The trio is said to have played a key role in developing the ARIA and AERO platforms, incorporating wind tunnel simulations, materials optimization and racing-grade testing.

The brand also revealed plans for localized expansion. On May 8, Troxus opened its first Chinese retail store in Yongkang, in East China's Zhejiang province, marking the beginning of its offline service network in the country.
