Shanghai's bread lovers have been flocking to Uhealth, a trendy internet-famous bakery that recently opened its first store in the city. Located on the first lower ground floor of Crystal Galleria in Jing'an district, this Wuhan-based bakery has quickly drawn long queues of consumers looking to sample its offerings and take advantage of store promotions.

Insisting on using high-quality ingredients, Uhealth offers a wide range of handmade toasts and European-style breads freshly baked and sold daily. The bakery boasts over 10 varieties of toasts, each priced at 28 yuan ($3.9). Signature offerings include meat floss toast filled with sweet red bean paste, maple toast, and marble toast. Other unique toasts such as one with dried pork slices and another with Monthong durian are also popular among customers.

The store's best-seller is the meat floss toast filled with sweet red bean paste. Coated with a thick layer of meat floss, the soft and fluffy bread combines sweet and savory flavors, tickling the taste buds.

Uhealth opened its first store in Wuhan, the capital of Central China's Hubei province, in 2016. Within just eight years, it has become a leading brand in China's franchising freshly baked baking industry.
