Harnessing JD.com's supply chain and self-operated retail model, the store combines premium furniture, smart appliances, and whole-home customization and furnishing services with dining, culture, wellness, and technology.

The store features more than 1,000 lifestyle brands and over 15,000 curated products, pairing global design houses such as Vitra, FLOS, Fritz Hansen, and Gubi with Chinese design brands like U+, Mario Tsai Studio, and ziinlife. More than 30 international home furnishing brands are making their China debut at the store.

Exclusive and limited-edition products include the red Vitra Panton Chair 2026 and the JD.com-exclusive portable lamp from Established & Sons.

Partnering with 101 designers worldwide, including Kelly Hoppen and Shuhei Aoyama, JD has crafted 33 fully furnished spaces known as "Dream Homes", designed for diverse family structures, from single living to multigenerational families. Styles range from modern minimalism to contemporary Chinese interiors inspired by the aesthetics of the Song Dynasty (960-1279).

Through the 101HOME mini-program, shoppers can scan QR codes to purchase individual products or explore the costs of recreating an entire model home. Customized design services are also available.

101HOME also debuts JD.com's first AI smart-home experience center. Products on display include AI-powered smart doors, water-purifying sinks, and window-mounted ventilation units built with JoyAI technology. Shoppers can also explore robotic applications for children's education, home companionship, pet care, and smart kitchens.

Robotic solutions for guided tours, shopping assistance, entertainment, and remote operation are available for purchase or rental.

Beyond retail, the store offers dining and cultural experiences. Dining options include Here, a Kyoto coffee brand making its Chinese mainland debut; Ice Bouquet, a Kyoto-based ice cream brand opening its first outlet in China; and Foyer de Lumiere, a Japanese-French fusion bistro. Wine enthusiasts can explore a selection of more than 300 Burgundy wines secured through limited allocations, with over 100 available by the glass.

Seven public artworks, including pieces by Jacky Tsai and Ma Yansong, are displayed throughout the store's floors, courtyards, and public areas as part of its "one floor, one art" concept.
