What is Cunzhiji?

Cunzhiji is a convenient luggage storage and delivery platform available in many cities across China, allowing travelers to explore and shop without carrying heavy bags.

Where to store your luggage

Cunzhiji operates multiple storage locations in Shanghai, including near train stations, airports, subway stations, shopping areas, and popular tourist attractions, making it easy to find a convenient storage point wherever you are.

How much does it cost?

1. Daily rate

Most storage locations charge by the day, with operating hours and prices varying by location. Rates start from as low as 5 yuan ($0.74) per day at some locations, but most storage locations charge 20 yuan per item per day for large luggage and 10 yuan per item per day for small bags.

Size categories:

• Large items: Suitcases from 13 to 30 inches, large backpacks, and other luggage with the longest side exceeding 45 centimeters.
• Small items: Regular backpacks, handbags, tote bags, and other luggage with the longest side measuring 45 cm or less.

Notes:

• A suitcase larger than 30 inches or any single item with its longest side exceeding 80 cm should be ordered as one large item plus one small item.
• Items with their longest side exceeding 110 cm are not accepted.
• Storage fees are calculated by calendar day. Any storage period extending past midnight is charged as an additional day.

2. Hourly rate

A limited number of storage locations charge by the hour.

• Small locker: First 2 hours free, then 2 yuan per hour, capped at 12 yuan every 24 hours
• Medium locker: First 2 hours free, then 4 yuan per hour, capped at 24 yuan every 24 hours
• Large locker: First 2 hours free, then 5 yuan per hour, capped at 30 yuan every 24 hours

How to use the service

1. Find a storage point: Search for nearby locations and select one by clicking the yellow icon.

2. Place your order: Click to order storage, fill in the necessary information, and complete your reservation. (Note: A reservation is required to store your luggage.)

3. Head to the location: Open "My Orders", navigate to the storage point, and present your storage voucher to drop off your bags.
