Registrations for the 5th Shanghai Global Talents Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition are open in Shanghai's Pudong, Jinshan, Jing'an, Jiading, Minhang, Huangpu, Hongkou, Putuo, Changning, Xuhui, Songjiang, and Yangpu districts.

Registrations are also underway in designated areas in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Qingdao, Hefei, Chongqing, and Singapore.
