Tickets for the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix 2024 at the Shanghai International Circuit will go on sale on Tuesday Jan 9 at 8 pm. This year's race, held April 19 to 21, will mark the 20th anniversary of the inaugural Chinese Grand Prix.

One of the main attractions of this year's Chinese Grand Prix is the participation of Zhou Guanyu, a Shanghai native racing for Alfa Romeo, who will make his debut on his home track.

Zhou, who is entering his third F1 season, recalled attending the race in 2004 as a spectator and how it inspired his dream of becoming a racecar driver. He said that being able to compete in front of his home audience would be an unforgettable experience for him.

For the fans, there will be a new sprint race format introduced at the Chinese Grand Prix, adding to the excitement of the event. In addition to the races, fans can also enjoy the Shanghai Auto Cultural Festival and the F1-exclusive music festival.

Tickets for the event will be available in various formats, including three-day passes and single-day tickets for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Seat selection will take place online, with ticket buyers able to purchase through the official ticketing platform, the Juss Sports app, or the Juss Sports WeChat and Alipay mini-programs.
