YOLO, a film featuring an overweight woman rebuilding her confidence through boxing, dominated China's box office during the Spring Festival holiday. The film's popularity has also ignited moviegoers' fervor beyond the cinema to the sport of boxing.

Wang Dexin is the technical director of boxing for the film and the personal trainer of the film's director and leading actress, Jia Ling. He has been a boxing instructor for over 30 years, a professor at the Shanghai University of Sport, an instructor for referees accredited by the International Boxing Federation, a member of the Asian Boxing Confederation's Referees and Judges Commission, and also former mentor of boxing world and Olympic champion Zou Shiming.

"Boxing is not something that you merely practice for fitness gains. It requires using the mind more than anything else, especially in the ring. It is a sport that combines willpower, intellect, and physical strength," said Wang, who also made a cameo appearance as a referee in the film.

In response to the surging enthusiasm for boxing, Wang leverages his expertise and offers guidance in boxing fundamentals for optimal training and fitness enhancement. With simple instruments, you can practice boxing anywhere.
