The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce has announced the opening of applications for funds to promote overseas investment and cooperation.

The funding support covers collaborative overseas investment projects, encompassing overseas contracted projects, projects in the professional services industry, and other collaborative overseas investment projects as requested by the government.

The application period will run until June 17, utilizing a combined online declaration and paperwork submission process. Detailed guidelines have been provided for completing the application.

For online declaration:

Go to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce Special Fiscal Fund Management Platform page (https://czzj.sww.sh.gov.cn) and select the enterprise login option. Choose the corporate legal person button and access the application guidelines and required attachments upon logging in.

Complete, submit, and print the application form directly from the system. Please note that manually generated application forms will not be considered valid and materials submitted differently from the online declaration will not be accepted.

Paperwork submission guidelines and consultation services:

All documents intended for submission must be printed double-sided on A4 paper, with two copies of each document. Ensure that all paperwork is appropriately signed and stamped. It is important to enclose the documents in regular paper materials and refrain from using binding rubber rings or folders.

Submit the paperwork to the relevant address before the deadline. Any submissions arriving after the deadline will not be processed.
