Within the hospital's wards, the presence of robots has become a common sight, undertaking a myriad of tasks ranging from delivering medications and equipment to conducting disinfection procedures. Advanced, large-scale robotic models are assisting doctors in analyzing patient data and providing diagnostic insights, while AI-powered digital assistants are swiftly addressing patient inquiries, thereby enhancing the overall healthcare experience. IoT devices are playing a pivotal role by alerting nurses when infusions are nearing completion, reducing the necessity for frequent patient calls and improving workflow efficiency.

The introduction of smart wards at Zhongshan Hospital has revolutionized patient care delivery by incorporating electronic patient cards that display real-time information and facilitate data collection through IoT devices.
