Shanghai is set to dazzle locals and visitors alike with the debut of the inaugural Shanghai International Light Festival, scheduled to run from Sept 19 to Oct 18.

The festival promises a vibrant display of light shows at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, offering attendees a unique visual experience that blends artistry and innovation.

Four light shows will be staged in Shanghai from Sept 21 to 27. All shows are free to attend, but reservations are required. The festival organizers have released a detailed schedule for the light shows, which include both daytime and nighttime displays:
