Tech fair to showcase, facilitate tech innovation and exchanges

The 11th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from June 11 to 13.
This year's edition promises to be a dynamic showcase of technological advancements and innovation, with Shenzhen and Glasgow of the United Kingdom taking the spotlight as the main domestic and foreign guest cities, respectively.
The event will focus on open cooperation, empowering new quality productive forces and sustainable development, covering an exhibition area of 35,000 square meters and hosting nearly 1,000 companies from around the globe.
The fair will feature a diverse array of participants, including domestic and overseas technological innovation companies, specialized firms, and unicorn companies, all poised to unveil their latest technologies and products, as revealed at the investment promotion and publicity conference held on April 17.
The fair will feature thematic pavilions, dedicated spaces for provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, and four major professional exhibition areas focusing on key sectors like commercial encryption and smart manufacturing, green energy storage and transportation, intelligent marine engineering and equipment, and consumption and business technology.
Throughout the event, attendees can look forward to an array of activities designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth within the industry.
Highlights include an opening ceremony, three themed days, and over 40 supporting activities.
