W Shanghai — The Bund has partnered with the century-old Nanxiang Mantou Dian to launch an exclusive summer collaboration, reimagining the iconic xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) with a contemcporary, luxury twist.
Running from June 26 to Sept 25, the crossover offers limited-edition soup dumplings, inventive cocktails, and curated photo experiences, all set against the backdrop of Shanghai's skyline.
At WOOBAR®, guests can savor four elevated xiaolongbao flavors, including wagyu-truffle and fermented tofu with rose essence, wrapped in hot-pink-colored dragon fruit skins. Complementing the menu are three dumpling-inspired cocktails, such as the alcohol-free Mango x Alley Spice and the artfully presented Bao Zhi Bai Zui, featuring ice cubes shaped like xiaolongbao.
The collaboration extends beyond the table with giant art installations designed for social media, exclusive perks for hotel guests, and a pop-up at Nanxiang's Xintiandi location offering street-level bites under co-branded parasols.
