Avoid scams: Use official channels only for online arrival card filing
China's National Immigration Administration has issued a reminder regarding the online arrival card system for international travelers.
The system, launched on Nov 20, is available through the NIA's official website, the government service platform, the "NIA 12367" app, its WeChat or Alipay mini program, or by scanning an authorized QR code.
Recently, fraudulent websites have been detected impersonating the official system and attempting to charge users.
The NIA emphasizes that completing the online arrival card is completely free of charge. Travelers should only use official channels or the authorized QR code provided below.

For travelers who are unable to complete the online form in advance, entry information can be submitted upon arrival at immigration inspection sites at all Chinese ports of entry. This can be done by using on-site smart devices or filling out a paper arrival card.
