The Bund Service Center for International Professionals in Shanghai's Huangpu district has introduced services including fast-track entry medical examinations and APEC Business Travel Card applications.

The center has continued to expand its services since it began operating in April 2025. The Huangpu Enterprises Going Global Service Center was also launched there in late December.

The service hall on the seventh floor of No 100 South Zhongshan Road has introduced a self-service device for e-channel registration by foreign nationals, along with other new services.

The device allows foreign professionals to complete fingerprint collection, facial image collection, and information verification without waiting at a service counter.

Once their registration has been reviewed and approved, eligible foreign nationals can use e-channels at airport immigration checkpoints, reducing the time required for entry and exit clearance.

Huangpu district has also launched a fast-track service for foreign nationals undergoing entry medical examinations, in cooperation with the Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center.

In addition, the center has established Shanghai's first district-level service point for APEC Business Travel Card applications.

The service point accepts applications and provides enterprises with one-on-one consultation, guidance on preparing documents, and assistance with online submissions.
