As the Olympic Anthem echoes along the Seine River in Paris, Shanghai's Suzhou Creek is buzzing with excitement.

On July 26, the "Olympic Food Month" was officially launched at Changfeng Bay in Putuo district, as part of the city's Haipai Food Festival.

The event is organized under the leadership of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Putuo district government, in collaboration with popular food delivery platform Eleme and Shanghai Jiushi Suzhou Creek Tourism Development Co.

Throughout the Olympics, Shanghai's dining sector will focus on sports themes. Guests can enjoy gourmet meals while cruising along Suzhou Creek, watching live events, and cheering for their favorite athletes. Additionally, Eleme and other platforms will partner with renowned local restaurants to distribute 500 million yuan ($70.03 million) in dining vouchers and Olympic-themed promotions.
