The Nibbo Chocolate Road Trip Results Experience Exhibition recently opened at the hip Wuyi MIX320 complex in Shanghai.

Wuyi MIX320 is a new cultural and commercial hub in the city, offering a variety of cool dining, fashion, art and retail outlets.

This is the first on-site exhibition for Nibbo, a premium chocolate brand, showcasing the launch of several new nifty chocolate products.

Founded in Shanghai, Nibbo is a pioneer in China's "Bean to Bar Chocolate" industry. The brand selects high-quality cocoa beans from around the world and has established a Cocoa Flavor Museum on Weihai Road.

Nibbo's team has created over 100 varieties of chocolate, which have won multiple international awards.

The expo shows the results of Nibbo's 2024 session of the Road Trip project, which has been running for three years. Each year, the team drive through various cities to explore their very special chocolate flavors.

From bustling cities to remote villages, high mountains to vast coastlines, the team traveled through more than 30 cities, covering over 10,000 kilometers.

"We visited Yunnan province and Xizang autonomous region this year, passing through Kunming, Pu'er, Xishuangbanna, Dali, Haba, Shangri-La and Lhasa," said Yu Fan, founder of Nibbo.

"Along the way, the warm and welcoming locals shared their food stories and invited us to taste authentic local ingredients. This inspired the creation of six new chocolate flavors, some of which are available for purchase at the exhibition," he added.

Starting Feb 19, visitors can register for the "Nibbo X Endo Collaboration Tasting" via its WeChat mini program (#小程序://Nibbo/iVNB353k2eOPDJt).

The event will feature chocolate made from Yunnan and Xizang ingredients, as well as other delicacies like Ma Qian Flavored Ice Drink — alongside Endo restaurant's specialty desserts such as "Green Apple, Chamomile, Fennel" and "Rose, Raspberry, Fermented Bean Curd".
