Shanghai's bustling Jing'an district recently welcomed a new cultural sensation, in the form of giant figure of Ozai, a popular character in the pop toy world, made by Chinese manufacturer Heyone.

The debut took place at Crystal Plus shopping mall, charming passers-by at the intersection of Yuyuan Road and Changde Road.

Known for his childlike appearance, signature crossed eyes and simple responses of "Oh" to the world around him, Ozai embodies pure innocence and whimsical charm.

On April 25, the Dreamscape Odyssey Ozai-themed immersive park opened on the first floor of the mall in Jing'an and it will run until June 16. The exhibition invites visitors to collect emotional energy and revive the dream star, blending Shanghai's local culture with interactive experiences to offer a healing, dreamlike journey.

Outside the venue, a massive Ozai statue — modeled after the lonely creator figure from the upcoming chapter seven of the creator collection — greets the city with vibrant, playful decorations.

Inside, the exhibition unfolds across six themed areas — from nostalgic tram rides to underwater worlds, lush forests and a cosmic universe, creating an enchanting, immersive experience.
