Jing'an district is introducing a new voucher program to boost evening spending in the Wujiang Road – Feng Sheng Li area.

The neighborhood, stretching from HKRI Taikoo Hui to Zhangyuan, has become a lively destination after dark. Recognized in July as one of Shanghai's first official night economy landmarks, it is now considered a defining hub of Jing'an nightlife.

The voucher program will run from Sept 24 through Oct 31, coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. Shoppers and diners will be able to redeem discounts at participating businesses in the Wujiang Road – Feng Sheng Li area, as well as at nearby venues that stay open past 10 pm.

Four tiers of discounts will be offered:

• Spend 1,000 yuan ($140.56) and save 500 yuan
• Spend 500 yuan and save 250 yuan
• Spend 300 yuan and save 150 yuan
• Spend 100 yuan and save 50 yuan

Vouchers can be claimed through the Meituan and Dianping apps by searching "静安夜间消费券". They are available daily from 10 pm to 2 am and must be used within three hours after claiming. Each person can claim one voucher per day, with quantities limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
