As a featured part of the 2026 Shanghai Summer International Consumption Season, Summer Shop is welcoming visitors to Shanghai MovePARK in Zhangyuan from July 4 to July 19 for a limited-time pop-up experience.

The shop combines themed retail, exclusive product displays, and interactive activities, giving visitors a closer look at Shanghai's summer lifestyle.

More than 10 original products are available at the shop. Inspired by everyday summer life in Shanghai, the collection includes a portable fan, a reusable tote bag, a wooden dining plate, a washable, eco-friendly bag, a cotton T-shirt, paper badges, luggage tags, and quick-drying sports towels. Each product is designed for daily use, travel, or outdoor activities.

In addition, 2026 Shanghai Summer has partnered with Shanghai Pass and several well-established local brands to introduce exclusive co-branded products.

These include a special-edition Shanghai Pass transportation card valid nationwide, limited-edition Bright Dairy fresh milk, Longhu cooling products, and Leiyunshang herbal tea.

The shop also features the Meet China inbound tourism digital service terminal. It supports 10 languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Thai, Russian, and Arabic. International visitors can browse products, make purchases, pay, and arrange pickup through a one-stop digital service.

The design of Summer Shop draws inspiration from small neighborhood stores once common at the entrances to Shanghai's traditional alleyways. Wooden frames, blue-and-white fabric canopies, and displays of everyday goods recreate the familiar atmosphere of local streets.

Built on the principles of modularity, lightness, and local design, the pop-up blends contemporary public space with the charm of traditional Shanghai neighborhoods.

During the event, some movable display units will periodically travel through the Zhangyuan area, creating more opportunities for visitors to interact with the installation and enjoy Shanghai's summer shopping experience.
