走神 (zǒu shén) refers to being absent-minded or distracted, indicating a lack of concentration. The opposite of 走神 (zǒu shén) is 入神 (rù shén), which means to be deeply absorbed or highly focused.
Examples:
wǒ zài bǐ sài zhōng tú yī shí zǒu shén
我在比赛中途一时走神。
I had a little lapse of concentration in the middle of the race.
jiǎ wéi sī fā xiàn zì jǐ zǒu shén le
贾维斯发现自己走神了。
