At a recent gathering at the Shanghai Innovation and Creative Design Institute, more than 10 international professionals from leading universities, research institutions, and foreign enterprises in the city took part in the "Experience Chinese in Hongkou" program. The event provided participants with a unique opportunity for immersion in both the Chinese language and culture.

To share the words and phrases they learned with fellow enthusiasts of Shanghai and Chinese culture, the participants filmed a short video series titled "Let's Speak Chinese", introducing local customs, cuisine, and the city's convenient lifestyle.

The third episode features Nerivania Nunes Godeiro, a researcher from Brazil at the Shanghai Natural History Museum. She introduces two essential travel-related terms: "Hongqiao Railway Station" and "the INLET". Her lesson opens a linguistic gateway for exploring Shanghai's transportation hubs and trendy destinations.
