Tips on eating persimmons:

- About 10.8 percent of a persimmon is sugar, which can rapidly raise blood sugar levels. Individuals with diabetes, weak stomachs, chronic gastritis, or poor digestion should avoid eating too many.

- To prevent stomach issues, avoid consuming persimmons on an empty stomach or after consuming alcohol. Also, refrain from pairing persimmons with high-protein foods like crabs, fish, or shrimp.
