In the Fall 2024 semester, the Business Chinese program welcomed nearly 40 students from over 10 countries, including the UK, Poland, and Russia. These students studied in classrooms and conducted business practices outside. Here are the highlights:

Theme lecture

Assistant Professor Wang Le from the School of Politics and International Relations at East China Normal University delivered a lecture titled "The Development of Chinese E-commerce: Current Status and Future." The lecture covered the history, trends, and innovation directions of the Chinese e-commerce industry.

Chinese Corner

Seven Chinese students from various majors, including International Chinese Education, Mathematics, and Finance at ENCU, hosted a Chinese Corner on themes such as "People, Goods, and Markets" and "Localization Strategies".

City exploration

Students visited the Huashan•263 Time-honored Brand Hall. They were divided into four groups to explore different brands and presented their research findings in class.

Company visit

Students also visited Canature Water Group, a local company that advocates for environmental protection and health. While there, they explored an organic vegetable garden, learned about the innovative water reuse system, and experienced the applications of water purification and softening systems in daily life.
