Sinan Mansions, a block of 51 garden houses built in the 1920s and 1930s, showcases the original Shanghai style of modern residential buildings. The Sinan Mansions area covers an area of about 50,000 square metres and has a total construction area of nearly 80,000 square metres. It features independent garden houses, arcade buildings, new-style lanes, garden lanes, and modern apartments. The area has four functional zones: Sinan Mansions Hotel, a speciality store business district, Sinan Mansions apartment, and enterprise mansions. It is among the first batch of national-level night-time culture and tourism consumption gathering areas and tourism and leisure blocks.
