Shanghai Maritime University's zongzi-making event brings together intl students

On the eve of Dragon Boat Festival, the International Education College of Shanghai Maritime University organized an activity for international students to experience the traditional custom of making zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Over 20 international students from 15 countries participated in the activity.

The students got to eat the zongzi they had made and expressed that although making zongzi for the first time was a bit challenging, the process was very interesting. They were delighted to experience this unique aspect of traditional Chinese culture.
