Over 30 international students from Donghua University visited the Shanghai branch of 3onedata Co — a provider of industrial communication solutions — on Dec 3.

As a pioneer in the industrial internet sector, 3onedata says it's committed to the research, development, production, and sales of industrial internet communication products.

At the company's digital and product display area, students embarked on a fascinating technological journey.

A virtual rail transit simulation gave them a sense of traveling through time, experiencing the exhilaration of high-speed movement. Elsewhere, a mine environment simulation highlighted the vital role of technological advancements in enhancing operational safety.

Mainly from the university's School of Computer Science and Technology and the School of Information Science and Technology, the students found the visit experience highly relevant to their fields of study.

They added that the event provided them with firsthand experience of the dynamic growth in contemporary Chinese technological information development, facilitating an exchange of professional practices.

The visit also inspired students to contemplate their career paths and entrepreneurial ventures.
