Staff are proficient in English and Japanese and provide multilingual translation services, including foreign-language notes on invoices.
The store provides easy payment methods such as credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Its staff are well-qualified, holding certifications as rehabilitation assistive technology consultants and having received first-aid training.
