SIAL, the French international food and beverage exhibition, will take place at the New International Exhibition Center in Shanghai from May 19 to 21.

As the largest food and beverage trade fair in Asia, the 2025 edition of SIAL Shanghai is expected to welcome more than 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, showcasing 350,000 products across an exhibition area of more than 200,000 square meters.

The fair is expected to attract 180,000 professional visitors from 110 countries and regions for procurement, covering all channels including import and export trading, retail, catering, e-commerce, and wholesale markets.

A number of new Chinese products will be highlighted in the competition for food innovation taking place during the exhibition. These products have gained widespread attention in the global food industry for their health benefits, convenience, and environmental friendliness, reflecting the strong potential of China's food industry.
