HEYTEA, a popular tea brand, opened its first HEYTEA Pure store in Shanghai at Global Harbor, with décor based on a minimalist style that encompasses the elegant charm of the Song Dynasty (960-1279). To preserve the freshness and fragrance of the original tea leaves, HEYTEA Pure uses an innovative "fresh extraction" process, which uses high pressure and high temperature to extract the tea in each cup. The teahouse also has a new product line aiming at allowing customers to enjoy its more premium teas.
