Singapore-based design label Beyond The Vines has launched its first store in China at HKRI Taikoo Hui in Shanghai.

For customers already familiar with the brand through its earlier pop-up at Jing An Kerry Centre or its online presence on Tmall and WeChat, the new location offers a permanent, offline space to experience the brand in its entirety.

Beyond The Vines is best known for its lightweight, foldable Dumpling Bag. At the Shanghai store, this signature design is presented alongside a broader selection of the brand's bags, apparel, and lifestyle products, offering a more comprehensive expression of its design language.

Inside the Shanghai store

The HKRI Taikoo Hui location is built around the concept of a "Design Post". Blue aluminum fixtures, stainless steel walls, and modular display systems give the space the atmosphere of a working design studio rather than that of a traditional fashion boutique.

Several products make their offline debut at the Shanghai store, including the Monster Dumpling bags, a limited series inspired by Chinese cultural motifs and offered in powder blue, black and red, as well as brown and green. The store also introduces the brand's first home fragrance line, alongside a range of felt-based home products that extend Beyond The Vines' lifestyle offering.

HKRI Taikoo Hui has increasingly positioned itself as a destination for discovering emerging international brands in Shanghai. Recent China debuts at the mall include labels such as Sporty & Rich and Garcon by Garcon, contributing to its expanding mix of fashion, food, and lifestyle concepts.
