Light art, pop-ups mark winter at Suhewan MixC World
Suhewan MixC World has launched its winter season program, Poetry Wander, continuing the Eastern storytelling approach that proved a hit last year.
Along Suzhou Creek, the waterfront is filled with light-based visual installations, turning the area into a "living scroll" that visitors can explore on foot.
As night falls, illuminated installations gradually appear across Shenyu Lane. Flowing lights trace the curves of the creek, while bridges, courtyards, and surrounding streets feature glowing motifs such as magpies, lanterns, and deer. Drawn from classic festival imagery and reinterpreted through modern lighting techniques, these elements create a festive atmosphere that connects tradition with the present day. The installations also interact with the surrounding cityscape, bringing together art, traffic, and everyday urban life in a single visual setting.

Secondary Wild Veins Pop-up

A pop-up by niche Chinese perfume brand Nook Hill, set in the LG2 courtyard of the West Lane. The experience focuses on scent and touch, offering a nature-inspired sensory journey within a commercial space.
"Hey! Happy New Year", Luo Xiaohei Spring Festival Pop-up
Open: Dec 20 to March 3
A New Year-themed interactive experience featuring Luo Xiaohei, a popular animated character from The Legend of Luo Xiaohei. The pop-up combines Chinese aesthetics with immersive storytelling.
