DG Intelligence, a pioneering Shanghai-based company specializing in unmanned equipment, is set to showcase revolutionary technologies at the 10th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair, set to take place from June 12 to 14.

The fair, spanning an impressive 35,000 square meters, will showcase breakthroughs from nearly 1,000 participating companies.

Founded by He Zhengdao, DG Intelligence focuses on developing unmanned vehicles to alleviate individuals from hazardous environments or enhance the convenience of daily life. The company's commitment to innovation and safety has led to the creation of two cutting-edge products that will be featured at the fair: the DGI-EX6 UAV and the DGI-Ocean Eye light industry-level underwater robot.

The DGI-Ocean Eye stands out as China's first-ever robot, boasting domestic components, including advanced chips. This versatile underwater robot can be deployed in a myriad of scenarios, such as preventing intrusions by frogmen at ports, inspecting reservoir pipelines and optical cables, combating smuggling beneath ships, conducting river and shoreline search and rescue operations, and even aiding in archaeological endeavors.

Another highlight of DG intelligence unmanned equipment is the E6H Hybrid VTOL Fixed-wing UAV. With a wingspan of 3.8 meters and a body length of less than 2.2 meters, this UAV is capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), and features hybrid energy usage. Undergoing developed since 2019, this UAV can achieve a flight range of over 1,000 kilometers before exhausting energy. It is capable to adapt to extreme environments, and can remain stable under strong wind conditions ranging from level 5 to level 10.

He stated that there are potential plans in the works that involve unmanned vehicles transporting goods and people in the near future.

"No matter what vehicle you are driving, it takes the same time for you to get to certain place. But with unmanned vehicles carrying people, that could shorten the trip from two and half hours to 20 minutes," he said.

The company is currently coordinating with the government in planning of low-attitude economy activities in the Yangtze River Delta region in terms of various low altitude flight activities involving unmanned aerial vehicles. The company is also actively seeking overseas market opportunities in Southeast Asian countries, He stated.
