Ticket pre-sales for the inaugural Shanghai International Electronic Music Festival, also known as the Budweiser Storm Electronic Music Festival, were launched on Aug 8. The festival is one of the seven benchmark events of the first Shanghai Summer International Consumption Season and is set to electrify audiences on Oct 2-3 at the Shanghai International Circuit located in the city's Jiading district.

This year's festival promises an unforgettable experience with three distinct themed stages showcasing over 20 internationally-acclaimed DJs, including the likes of Hardwell, DJ Snake, Sebastian Ingrosso, Mesto, and Don Diablo. Music enthusiasts can expect an immersive two-day extravaganza filled with pulsating beats and dynamic performances.

To cater to a diverse audience, the festival offers a range of ticket options to suit varying preferences and budgets. These options include the early bird regular ticket priced at 880 yuan ($122.73), pre-sale regular ticket at 1,180 yuan ($164.57), regular ticket at 1,380 yuan ($192.47), and the pre-sale VIP ticket at 1,680 yuan ($234.31), and regular VIP ticket at 1,880 yuan ($262.20).

For those eager to secure their spot at this electrifying event, tickets can be conveniently purchased online through popular ticket platforms such as Damai, Maoyan, Piaoxingqiu, and Ctrip. Simply search for the Shanghai International Electronic Music Festival (“上海国际电音节”) and click on the reservation icon to complete the booking process.

Organizers are anticipating a turnout of 35,000 people, with 60 percent estimated to travel to Shanghai from various provinces and cities across the country.
