Asia's first large-scale immersive adventure park based on the beloved One Piece series is set to open to the public in Shanghai on July 20.

Located at the Manliuzui riverside green space in Pudong New Area, the One Piece Adventure Carnival is currently under construction, with completion expected by July 1. A trial operation will run from July 10 to 19.

Created by Japanese manga artist Eiichiro Oda, One Piece has been captivating global audiences since its debut in 1997.

Officially recognized by Guinness World Records as "the most copies published for the same comic book series by a single author", it has remained a legendary title among anime fans, especially after its television adaptation launched in 1999.

Spanning more than 30,000 square meters, the One Piece Adventure Carnival brings numerous iconic scenes from the anime to life.

Each themed area features immersive experiences, interactive games, live performances, and exclusive "check-in" missions tailored for devoted fans.
