Reminder:

Swimming is a refreshing and enjoyable activity, but it's crucial to prioritize safety. Here are a few points to remember before taking a dip:

- Warm up beforehand to help prevent muscle cramps and injuries.

- Avoid swimming in unfamiliar or dangerous bodies of water. Beginners should opt to swim in areas with lifeguards.

- Limit your time in direct sunlight to prevent sunburn and skin irritation.

- Don't swim too much, as it may lead to fatigue or skin issues.

- Do gentle stretches after swimming to ease muscle tension and soreness.
