1. Who are the overseas buyers of the seventh CIIE?

Overseas buyers of the seventh CIIE refer to industry insiders from overseas enterprises, government organs, public institutions, social organizations, etc. corresponding to the industry setting of the exhibition area of the seventh CIIE.

2. How can an overseas buyer sign up to visit the seventh CIIE?

Please sign up online: visit the official website of the CIIE (www.ciie.org), select Business Exhibition — Buyer — Registration, and then fill in the information of your enterprise and all the people who will attend, visit or purchase at the CIIE. Only once your review passes and the payment is completed can you be admitted to the seventh CIIE.

After registration, overseas buyers can visit www.ciie.org and click the Business Exhibition — Buyer — Sign In columns in sequence to review and modify the information that you have already submitted, and can check the progress of relevant processes including those for reviews, certificate making, and certificate issuing.

3. Do overseas buyers need to pay for the certificates?

The overseas buyers need to pay for the certificates. The fee is:

November 6 to 10: 200 yuan/piece

November 8 to 10: 100 yuan/piece

If you reuse your certificate, you can enjoy 20% discount.

4. How do overseas buyers pay for the certificates?

There are two payment methods for the overseas buyers.

(1) Scan to payment, including Union Pay, WeChat, Alipay, etc.;

(2)Transactions from five major international credit card organizations, including MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club and China Union Pay, as well as mainstream electronic wallets, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

5. If an overseas buyer has paid for a certificate but cannot participate in the expo, can the certificate be refunded? Or, can someone else be admitted?

After payment, personnel information review procedures will commence. If personnel reviews fail, overseas buyers can enter the official website of the CIIE and click the “Business Exhibition” - “Buyer” - “Sign In” in sequence to process a refund according to the e-mail. If the exchange profit or loss occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations during the refund, the buyer shall bear and handle the refund together. The certificate-making process will automatically commence upon review and approval, after which no refunds or replacements can be processed.
