Application process
1. Account verification
Before the application process begins, the provincial-level Youth League Committees of schools should use the provincial administrator account to log in to the website, export the school-level administrator accounts, and distribute them to the participating universities in the local area. Relevant personnel from each university should use the school-level administrator account to access the website. Participating students are required to use their self-registered email addresses as usernames, and schools should use their five-digit national standard codes as usernames.
2. Entry submission
Participating schools bear the responsibility of coordinating their students to submit their projects. Participating students must provide personal information, and project details, and, if necessary, upload papers, forms, images, videos, award certificates, patent certificates, and other relevant materials, and subsequently submit them online after confirmation. The submission method should adhere to the project submission process instructions outlined on the competition website.
3. School assessment
Participating schools should log into the accounts provided by the national organizing committee to access the competition website, review their school's submitted entries online, and submit them to the provincial organizing committee. During this phase, if an entry does not meet the review criteria, it can be returned to the author for modification using the pre-review function. Once approved, no further modifications can be made.
4. Provincial assessment
Provincial organizing committees use the accounts and passwords distributed by the national organizing committee to access the competition website, review locally submitted entries online, and submit them to the national organizing committee. If an entry does not pass the review during this period, it can be returned to the author for modification using the pre-review function. Once approved, no further modifications can be made.
