1. Tips for staying hydrated and healthy

> Drink plenty of plain water at regular intervals, even if you are not thirsty.

> When sweating a lot, drink a moderate amount of lightly salted water.

> To prevent catching a cold, avoid prolonged exposure to air conditioning.

2. Flood and lightning protection

> Try to stay indoors during a thunderstorm and remember to disconnect electrical appliances.

> Avoid staying near windows during a thunderstorm.

> When going out, avoid open areas and do not take shelter under trees or tall buildings.

> In case of a flood, move to higher floors or higher ground.

3. Food safety
